I’m an NPC Nationally ranked figure athlete, an avid crossfitter, and a professional fitness model. I have a B.S in Wellness and Sport Science, and am a C.P.T, C.S.N, CF-L1, and the proud trainer/coach of nearly 200 clients across the country and worldwide through my remote online training company- www.alli-fitness.com.
Each month the blog will be released between the 1st and 5th. Each blog “update” or “release” will include installments in any or all of the following:
1. Personal Update: I will detail my current conditioning, physique and performance goals, training and nutrition
4. “How To”- a section dedicated entirely to helping provide YOU with the tools to design your own training and nutrition programs
5. Exercise Demo- I break down an exercise each month along with photo progressions, how to perform it and when and how to use it in your own training.
6. Recipe- a recipe straight from my personal kitchen!
8. 5 Things, 10 Tips, 15 Reasons- a category dedicated to lists (exercises, nutrition tips and so forth)
9. A free post- occasionally I will publicly publish a post of mine
